Chairman Yan Zhangjian of QLTEK Heads to Europe for Strategic Business Visit (Part Ⅲ)
On June 26, Yan Zhangjian, Chairman of QLTEK and President of the Yancheng Chamber of Commerce in Suzhou, led a business delegation to visit H.E. Mr. Zhao Bentang, Chinese Ambassador to Portugal, as well as officials from AICEP Portugal Global – Trade & Investment Agency. The two sides held in-depth discussions on China-Portugal economic and trade cooperation.

Ambassador Zhao Bentang warmly welcomed the delegation and stated that there are tremendous opportunities and vast potential for China-Portugal economic and trade cooperation, particularly in the fields of green energy and automotive manufacturing. He expressed hope that by strengthening bilateral engagement, the two countries could further promote innovation in intelligent laser technologies and achieve industrial complementarity.

The agency aims to enhance Portugal’s visibility and influence on the global economic stage by showcasing its economic strengths and industrial characteristics.
During the meeting, both sides held in-depth discussions on cooperation in areas such as new energy and automotive manufacturing, jointly seeking new opportunities for China-Portugal trade and investment collaboration.
During this European visit, QLTEK focused on fiber laser cutting systems, intelligent manufacturing, and industrial synergy. The company engaged directly with key industrial regions in Europe to deepen pragmatic cooperation through face-to-face exchanges. Moving forward, QLTEK will continue to leverage its technological strengths to expand its presence in international markets, actively participate in the industrial upgrading processes in China and Portugal, and strive to build a more open, collaborative, and sustainable global cooperation network.
