S Company faced significant challenges in processing thick carbon steel plates efficiently while maintaining high quality. Their production required handling medium-thick plates (12–20 mm) at high daily volumes, cutting plates up to 12 meters long, and occasional bevel cutting for special applications.
After evaluating the production requirements, S Company implemented the HG12025 laser cutting system equipped with a 20kW laser source and a large working area of 12,000 × 2,500 mm. The system delivers high cutting speed for medium-thick plates, stable precision for thick plates up to 50 mm, smooth edges that reduce secondary processing, and flexibility for occasional bevel cutting. The machine is fully compatible with the factory power supply (220V / 60Hz), ensuring seamless installation and operation.
Since installation, S Company has significantly improved production performance, achieving higher efficiency for 12–20 mm plates, reliable processing of thick plates up to 50 mm, enhanced cutting precision, and faster project delivery. The new laser system has strengthened the company's ability to support demanding oil industry projects while maintaining high productivity and product quality.
